Amanda Panda runs the Webkinz Wish Factory. It is a feature of Webkinz that lets you collect Wish Tokens and trade them in for exclusive items.

You can receive wish tokens from the Wheel of Wishes (an activity that appears sometimes), on your birthday, in Pet of the Month loot bags, and you get one on the anniversary of the day you joined Webkinz World™. You can see what day you joined Webkinz World™ by clicking 'My Pets...' and looking at the bottom where it says Account Opened.

After you have at least 10 tokens, you can make a wish for an exclusive item. You can see how many tokens each item will cost by going to the W-Shop and clicking EXCLUSIVE at the bottom. Click NEXT-> past the beds which aren't for sale, and starting with the 4-Wheel ATV for 12 tokens, each item is marked how many tokens they cost.
